What’s included
- Accommodations4 nights at Bohdi Tree, a stunning resort in the rainforest of Costa Rica, just steps from the beautiful ocean. The rooms are perfectly curated to allow you to relax and disconnect.
- MovementEach day will begin with a movement practice. This may be cycling, somatic mat-based movement, pilates, weight lifting, or boxing, depending on the day.
- WorkshopsDaily workshops to understand our patterns, beliefs, and behaviors. Topics will include: nervous system regulation, shadow work, quantum leaping, manifestation, and somatic practice.
- Mindset CoachingAlex & Steph lead you through the workshops and offer in-person coaching throughout the experience. This intimate coaching container allows you to catapult into the timeline you desire.
- BreathworkBreathwork is a staple practice in uprooting limiting beliefs and regulating our nervous system. Expect to have breath lead us through each meditation and ceremony.
- Cacao CeremonyA heart-opening ceremony to help cultivate a deeper relationship with our highest self. Cacao is native to Costa Rica and is a rich tradition for cultivating connection.
- Farm-to-Table FoodWe will be enjoying healthy, organic, farm-to-table food each day. We have curated the food menu to include food for any dietary need and to help support a holistic wellness experience.
- TransportationTransportation to and from off-site activities during the retreat. This does not include travel to Costa Rica or transfer to and from the airport. airport.
- Welcome GiftA collection of surprises to welcome you to Nosara, Costa Rica.
- WorkbookYou will be provided a workbook to supplement the workshops and tools given throughout the retreat.

- AirfareFlight and associated flight expenses are not included.
- Airport TransferTransportation associated with arrival to and departure from the retreat is not included. We will help with the coordination of the shuttles to and from the airport to the resort.
- AlcoholAlcoholic beverages are not included.
- Spa Services and ToursYou will have the option to add on spa services or incredible tours or experiences led by the hotel. Some examples include: hike to a waterfall, zip lining, and surfing.
- SouvenirsAny souvenirs from this trip are not included, so please allow for an extra budget if you wish to purchase these items.
- Cycle ShoesParticipants are required to provide their own SPD or Delta cleat-compatible cycle shoes. Please reach out if you need purchase recommendations.
